- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing consists of hourly and flat rates. if it is a smaller Time and Material type job we charge a $50 trip charge and then $95/hr from the time of arrival to the time of completion. our basic flat rate prices can vary but are pretty close to these. 200Amp Panel replacement- $1250 200Amp service replacement(panel, meter, riser)- $2000 125Amp panel replacement- $950 125Amp service replacement-$1850 UNDERGROUNDS: 200Amp copper- $30/ft. 200Amp Al- $25/ft 125Amp copper- $20/ft 60Amp Copper- $18/ft
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to contact a new customer by text or phone call, come out and see the job in order to give an accurate quote. If customer is happy with the quote then we will schedule a time for the work to be completed, and once work is completed we give customer a paper bill, unless online version is requested. we generally like to be paid when job is completed unless other special request is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is Mike, i am the foreman and i will be who replies to every customer on thumbtack. I have beej in the field for 8 years and have my residential and commercial journeyman license. I am currently studying for my masters and my boss, also Mike, has been a master since 1998.
