Had a quote for two fan replacements, them being older models. Khazeem was able to meet earlier than expected and find that some loosened bulbs and a missing drawstring was the culprit of why the first fan wouldn't light properly. Then on the second fan having the same lighting concern we weren't as lucky with the bulbs, it was dropped while repair of fixing the drawstring and need now replacing. Luckily I had bought fans and had them on hand. We agreed on $50 for the drawstring repair that was fair and was charged for an install of a new fan when only needed a repair. Overall I was glad to have it working, however not having to be out a fan when he brakes your materials without an apology causing you to spend more than needed. Thanks!
