- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can work with any client. Those on a tight budget and those looking for the finest windows and doors. But our priority is always superb service and very "Value Driven".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would survey the property, ask questions about preferences and offer a price. Sometimes many prices depending on options. No pressure to buy. we are ready when they are ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an installer for 5 years, and in construction for 8. I moved into Sales/Customer relations 3 years ago, but am always deeply involved in my projects.
