- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rug Cleaning is based on size and fiber content. $4 per square foot for: Natural Fiber such as: Wool, Cotton, Viscose, Silk, Bamboo, Sisal $3 per square foot for: Synthetic Fiber such as: Polyester, Nylon, Acrylic, Polypropylene Pet Odor Removal .50¢ per square foot. Customer will need to approve or decline the option. Eco Pet Barrier Rug Pad: 1/8" $2.50 per sq. ft. Eco Pet Barrier Rug Pad: 3/16" $3.00 per sq. ft. Ultraseal Protective Coating: $1 per sq. ft. Rug Repair: Starts at $75 Remove fringe and overcast: $25 per linear foot Resize: Each rug will be assessed by the experts in our facility Pick up & Delivery Services: Location Based within 30 miles of our facility starts @ $50, a one time fee. Our crew will move light basic furniture at pick up and and delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will identify the customers needs and make sure we can successfully help with their expectations of the rug cleaning experience. Once we have established a good fit we will create a profile and decide how to move forward with each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two of the Great American Rug Cleaning Team are Master Certified Rug Cleaners which are achieved by years of experience in the rug cleaning industry along with over 200 hours of class time and then final exam to become a Master Rug Cleaner.
