Sean and his crew did an awesome job with this project. Really explained the process, answered all my questions and educated me with options all while be punctual and very responsive. I had a few quotes for the job and though not the cheapest, I felt like I was in better hands with the project after we spoke. This was a big job (radiant barrier and blown in insulation) and it was all done in 2 days. My house is 2600 sqft all 1 floor but high ceilings in the attic. I was very impressed with the detail the team did on day one with the barrier install. Hard to see in the pictures, but they went all the way down and didn’t cut any corners. When they were done each day they cleaned up as if they weren’t even there. Great job Sean. I will recommend your company when anyone asks! Oh fyi the house normally takes 1-2 days to “reset” and feel the coolness inside…I noticed it on day 1 with just the barrier and day 2 with the insulation added my house never went higher than 74° (what we keep it) and shut off a few times because it wasn’t needed! Wow. I even set it to 71 and it got there. I recommend this if you are feeling the summer heat in Houston.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly we come out to your home first to give a free estimate and to inspect your attic. We will take before pics. Based on what we see, We will recommend what we think will be the best solution for you. We will leave a complete breakdown of all work that is recommended. Upon completion of the work we will take after pics and show you everything and some extras we do at no additional cost! You don't pay us until the job is done and you are completely satisfied!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of Home Energy Solutions employees have training and are certified in insulation installation and solar power attic fan installation.
