Good work on the construction, good communication for the project, and did their best to keep the timeline. They were swift to respond to issues I had when I brought them up directly with their office and were prompt to resolve them. Will work with again in the future.

There aren't enough stars or qualities listed to do this company justice. Every aspect of the process was seamless and exceptional. Brandon responded to my request for an estimate to repair a roof leak within an hour. He sent a crew and personally came to inspect the roof. It had to be replaced; no question. A long crack in the stucco was evident, and he worked that repair into the quote. The quote was very thorough and addressed everything he proposed. My brother who does remodeling was impressed. The estimate was reasonable. Southern caulked the damaged roof until weather permitted replacement. He arranged everything to work with my schedule. Brandon inspected the work throughout and held his employees to a high standard. Southern isn't just a roofing company. They aren't trying to find problems to make more money. I had concerns about a TPO flooring on the deck, and Brandon gave me his professional opinion. I can't overestimate Brandon's integrity. This company is a rare gem in this day and time. I would hire them again for any structural issues, and I highly recommend them. It's a pleasure to write a glowing review; they earned it!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our founder, Jordan, has been involved in this industry for 12 years prior to starting our company. Jordan managed over $1B at properties throughout the Houston and Midland area. He wanted to be able to provide Quality finish work and excellent customer service directly to home and business owners so he decided to branch off on his own and start Southern Quality Construction.
