I couldn’t be happier with Banana Man Appliance Repair! Morgan is smart and professional. He diagnosed my problem on Friday, ordered the parts, came back today, fixed it and my washer is working beautifully. I’m beyond thrilled. Very reasonable, saved me a lot of $!!! Side note: every time I spoke to Samsung, the only thing they wanted to do was sell me a new washer! I told them I only had this washer for 7 years-they said that’s a long time (huh?) Well, I expect to get more than 7years out of a washing machine! They couldn’t even get anyone out to come and look until a week later. Highly recommend Banana Man Appliance Repair!

While I didn't end up using the company for my repairs (I bought a new washer/dryer instead...), the company was quick to repond to my inquiry and answered the questions I had upfont. If I need applicance repair in the future I'll contact them first.

I chose this person based on reviews and I have to agree with the majority. The appointment was easy to get and the response time was awesome. He came by, checked out the appliance and fixed the problem without charging an arm and leg. I've used it since and have not had any problems. Thanks Morgan; you're awesome!!
