- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the time, care, and high-quality ingredients that go into each order. I do my best to keep things fair and offer options for a range of budgets. For larger or custom orders, I’m happy to provide a quote, and I occasionally run seasonal specials or discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I like to start by hearing what they have in mind—whether it’s a flavor they love, a theme they’re going for, or a special occasion. From there, I help guide them through options and customize their order. I stay in touch throughout the process so everything turns out just the way they imagined!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m actually working on my Baking and Pastry Arts degree right now! I also have a bachelor’s from Texas A&M, so it’s been really exciting to shift gears and follow my passion for baking.
