- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer specials and discounts. Customers are more than welcome to check my website to se if any promotions apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive the request, I reach out to my client to confirm the booking. I then enter my clients info into my booking site and send a confirmation for our appointment. I come out at the scheduled time, I accept all payment methods. Upon completion I will also send a receipt for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any licensing for this skill set, however I am fully insured and I have been mounting TVs for over 10 years
