Alex took over my service from another provider who was doing a poor job. He found my filter grids were broken and the previous provider was patching holes with hot glue instead of offering to replace them. I paid Alex to replace them and get the pool back in shape. He's been very reliable and attentive so far after taking over the weekly maintenance. It's been a long time since my pool was this clean. Thanks Alex!

I hired Alex early in February of 2024 because the company I was using couldn't fix my problem (I have many) because his tech was not available that week. (Not a plus in my book.) Anyway, I contacted Alex who is the owner of Bluemarble pools and he came out the next day and resolved the issue. So, I asked him if he could replace my broken spa heater and he said sure. The very next week we had a spa that not only worked but it had heat. Been waiting to do that for 3 years. I was initially told it would cost $10K. Well, it didn't cost anywhere near that price. Finally, Alex suggested that I put the Pentair app on my cell phone and my husband's as well. Gosh, I just got used to working with the Rainbird app which is great. As you can tell I'm not an app person (too old - LOL)! Alex setup my cell and hubby's too with the app and we are a cookin' and a rollin.' We wouldn't trade him for anything.
