- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client's project is different which is why I offer different forms of packages. I want to make sure you get the space that you've always envisioned without having to stretch your budget. Ask me about our various curated packages!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial consultation, we will discuss the scope of work, preliminary budget, and timeline for your design project. Once all questions are answered and you are ready to proceed, we will schedule an Onsite Consultation, if applicable based on your package. During the onsite consultation, we will do a walkthrough of the space and discuss preliminary design ideas, answer any pending questions, as well as, review and sign your customized contract. Our team at The Studio will begin to conceptualize your space and create a preliminary design for you to review. You will work hand in hand with our design team to finalize your design. Once approved, we will go ahead and begin the procurement process, if applicable based on your package. All items will be delivered and installed with white-glove service. Once installation is completed, the most exciting part... the reveal!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
If I told you I was a Corporate Accountant by trade, would you believe me? It's crazy to think that I wasn't an interior designer from the get-go. I was always told by family and friends that I should start my own studio because of my love for interior design. So, I took the plunge and am so happy I did!
