They were extremely rude replying to me. A simple "no, as stated on our profile, we don't do trees" would be sufficient. The app showed me suggested pro's. I only saw names, not full profiles, so I wasn't yet aware of the limitation when I sent my project to them. We had no other communication before they sent me this message. If you care about customer service, don't go with this company. There's just really no excuse for speaking to a potential customer this way.

Friendly, on time and efficient. Mustafa was a pleasure to work with. He came the day after being contacted and removed the final debris from my home before the open house. He was prepared with additional trash bags and took everything away. Excellent job - highly recommend.
