Unfortunately the AC stopped working on Memorial Day holiday, fortunately I reached to Elite partners and got the response from Alex in few minutes after I sent request. He kindly scheduled the appointment at 9am next day. I recently use this company for my HVAC repair. Alex was so much responsive and their technician Luis and other guy was great. They came on same day eventually it’s like 11.30pm after I report issue in HVAC and they saved me from texas heat. As parts were not available immediately so they put their own parts for someday till warranty company sends original part. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
