- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonable priced , our prices include the right materials and the right installation for each project,there might be someone else that might do the job cheaper but most of the time they cut corners and use cheap material that only last as a temporary fix
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact , then a free quote if it’s a small job we can take care of it right then and there or we can schedule to come back in the following days with materials and equipment required
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
