- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free. We offer discounts for veterans, first responders, property owners, unoccupied spaces, and more. If you select us as your painter, we will also provide free Certified Color Expert color consultation. We require a 20% deposit approximately one week before the project starts. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates without examining the property in person. This is so we can provide the most accurate estimate. Our service level and quality of our work is unmatched.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the beginning of the onsite estimate we take time to listen to the customer and understand the vision of their project. Next we take exact measurements of what we are painting. Then we provide a written estimate along with information regarding our 2 year warranty. At the end of the estimate we ask for your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work experience is primarily customer service and business management. I also received weeks of training before starting this business. My wife, who also works in the business, has just completed her Certified Color Expert certification.
