Reached out to this business via Thumbtack to have some previously done electric work re-done to standard. Communication with Jose was easy and his responses to my questions/concerns were immediate and punctual. He had no problem explaining to me his point of view regarding my electrical needs (spotlight/security light installation & rewiring) and consistently informed me when certain areas were done and ready for inspection by me. I've already informed him that we'll be reaching back out to him for any future electrical repair/installation needs.

Jose was punctual, knowledgeable, and personable. He texted before he arrived and got straight to work upon arrival. Jose identified the issue (faulty ballast) with my overhead kitchen lighting, explained everything in detail, gave me repair/replacement options, took care of the issue in a timely and efficient manner, and offered very helpful tips on my new LED lighting. So glad my kitchen is illuminated again and it didn’t cost an arm/leg! Jose was upfront about his service charges from the very beginning of our interaction and there were no surprise or extra fees/charges. Would definitely recommend Jose and Modern Age Electric and would certainly call on him/them again if/when I have other electrical issues. Thanks again, Jose.
