- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard "starting at" pricing for our services, but each project is unique and additional considerations may relay additional cost. We offer staged payments during the project and have partnered up with Hearth to provide financing for all of our services. We make it easy by accepting cash, credit, or financing for our projects!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Job Details & Quotes: Using your photos, input, and Google Map technology, around 50% of jobs can be estimated remotely. Bids are typically prepared within 2 to 4 business days and will be emailed to you. Depending on the scope of the project, we may schedule a call to review the proposal with you. For custom or multifaceted projects, proposals may take longer to prepare. HOA Approval & City or County permits usually take 2 weeks to several months. Some cities take longer to permit complex jobs. (We aren't in control of this portion of the timeline.)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients are both commercial and residential. We've completed large commercial projects on many acres of land, such as the parking lot on the Apple campus in Austin, TX. Been hired by independent cities to complete public projects, like the artificial grass installation at a skate park for the City of Bellaire. We also work with residential clients including completing a rubber safety walking path on acreage for a client in Benders Landing near the Woodlands. We've removed several dozen pools for customers who don't want the maintenance or are just wanting their yards back. No client is too big or too small!
