Victor came out and found the problem very quickly. He then ordered the part and told me he would be in touch when he received it. He called and said the part had come in, and we set up a time. He got here, fixed it, put the fridge back together, and it works like a charm! He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. The repair man came on a Saturday afternoon even after he thought he had checked out of work for the day. He was on time, knew what was wrong with my refrigerator, ordered the part and plans to come back on Sunday evening to install the part. I would have had to wait until Monday to even contact any other company.

Victor was extremely professional. He was in complete contact with me throughout the process between service check, parts arrival and installation.
