Excellent experience. I have used Swan to replace both HVAC systems, re doing duct work upstairs, replacing lighting in Garage and replacing a garbage disposal and toilet, as well as complete Electrical and Plumbing assessments. Quality teams, respectful and upfront. I never feel like they talk down to me as a woman home owner.

Awesome company. They follow thru on everything they tell you. They showed up on Monday gave me and estimate and completed the job on Wednesday in one day. Techs are very professional and keep a clean job site. They installed my transfer switch from my generator to the house. I would higher recommend them for any job.

Andrew came out to install a hard wired Ring doorbell and smart light switch. Another electrician had told me that I would need to cut a hole in the wall, drill into the dining room, etc., but not Andrew. He fished out the old wire, fixed the broken chime and got the doorbell installed in a jiffy. Wizard! He was awesome. He also dealt with the birds nest of wires in the outlet for the smart switch with no problems at all. If I need electrical work done again, I'm calling Swan and asking for Andrew. He's fast, fair pricing, does excellent work, cleaned up and vacuumed when he was done. Super impressed.

Swan Plumbing, Michael replaced all our water heater lines with new pex piping. He was very thorough on diagnosis and solution, making sure all is up to code. For plumbing needs, yes I would recommend Swan Plumbing 👍👍.

SWAN provides upfront pricing upon seeing what the job tasks that are needed onsite and can perform the work the same day in most cases, with the customers approval. SWAN accepts the following: -credit card -cash -check -financing Financing is available to fit any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SWAN is dedicated to taking care of customers and their homes. SWAN process: -obtain customer information and location. -gain some information about the task that is needed. -schedule an appointment to have a licensed, background checked and drug screened technician to the home for a consult. -The SWAN technician will examine the task to be completed and give the customer a cost up front before beginning the work. -When the customer approves the work to begin, the technician will complete the work in the same day in most cases. -Completing the work, the SWAN technician will confirm the task is up to the customers standard before invoicing the job. -Welcome to the SWAN family!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed, background checked, and drug tested. SWAN technicians education: -Factory training weekly. -customer service training weekly. -continuing education. -new product training weekly. -osha safety training weekly.
