James is one of the honest technicians I met on thumbtack. I hired him to re-stain the fence per HOA request. He power-washed the fence first, the dirt on the fence was washed away and it turned out to be the fence and stain were in great shape. He informed me the situation and only charged me for power wash. He exceeded the expectations and very honest and trust worthy. I will not hesitate to ask him to help other projects in the future. James and his son JJ did a great job installing and fixing some light fixtures in our home. James was quick to respond, showed up on time and was quickly able to get done everything we needed.
