- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SWAN provides upfront pricing upon seeing what the job tasks that are needed onsite and can perform the work the same day in most cases, with the customers approval. SWAN accepts the following: -credit card -cash -check -financing Financing is available to fit any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SWAN is dedicated to taking care of customers and their homes. SWAN process: -obtain customer information and location. -gain some information about the task that is needed. -schedule an appointment to have a licensed, background checked and drug screened technician to the home for a consult. -The SWAN technician will examine the task to be completed and give the customer a cost up front before beginning the work. -When the customer approves the work to begin, the technician will complete the work in the same day in most cases. -Completing the work, the SWAN technician will confirm the task is up to the customers standard before invoicing the job. -Welcome to the SWAN family!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed, background checked, and drug tested. SWAN technicians education: -Factory training weekly. -customer service training weekly. -continuing education. -new product training weekly. -osha safety training weekly.
