- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our prices on square footage. You don't have to count your windows. We give discounts to semior citizens, veterans and first-time cusyomers. We give free quotes over the phone. We stick by our word. The price does not change when we get there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will answer when you call or call you right back. We will ask you the square footage of your house. You do not have to count your windows. The price we quote you is for free and is all inclusive. It covers the cleaning of every piece of glass on your house. The price will not change when we arrive. All first time customers get a discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are background checked and drug tested. The go through a series of screening processes. The preferred technicians usually come from either a window cleaning business or handyman background. They are constantly watching videos and learning about the best equipment, ways of excelling in customer service and safety techniques. They work with senior technicians before hiring.
