I needed expansion joints replaced and cracks in concrete drive repaired. The first contractor out of Longview ghosted me after bidding about the materials cost. I called NE Construction 2 hrs away and he can early on a Saturday to measure and gave a bid within 30 minutes. He bought the better material grade in Dallas and also found tinted caulk for my terra cotta pool deck joints. The work was completed in 2 days and he even cleaned and caulked areas that I had not pointed out. Sand was sprinkled on the concrete crack caulk to look more like grout. B

Gerardo not only provided a fair price to install the ~1400 square foot flatwork slab at our home we needed to install for a basketball court project we wanted to complete, but he assisted as a consultant with the overall process above and beyond just installing the slab. With Gerado and his team you ultimately end up getting a full-service team, one that complete the demo, purchase the materials, remove the debris, provide the installation, and then if needed can repair the surrounding areas by providing landscaping services. All these services are provided at a nominal cost to the consumer which is far less than other contractors. By working with Velazquez Contracting, LLC we were able to complete the Basketball Court project that we thought we would have to put off for at least another year if we would have utilized a turnkey firm and/or another contractor.
The quality of the materials was that of the same as the other contractors were quoting and the lead times were exactly what we needed for our project. Not only were we able to save dollars therefore able to add more features and functionality to our project, but we able to save over 4 weeks of time on the installation process, due to the prioritization process used by this firm.
We are already planning other projects within the near future and plan to use Velazquez Contracting, LLC as our contractor given the superb 5-Star service we received from Gerardo and his team.

Gerardo Velazquez and his crew did a great job! His bid was a good price and the workmanship was excellent. The only thing I would have liked to have seen be done differently is that he would evaluate how much concrete was needed. I was off by a yard so that required another trip and additional cost. All that said it was still a better value than the other bids and I would hire him again. I would recommend him.
He poured a 20x30 pad for a metal building I am putting up. I attached photos.

We needed a rather large pool deck made of dyed stamped concrete poured for our home in Mansfield. They came and were very professional, explained the entire process and were punctual every day. We changed the project 1/2 way thru and they were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your next project and plan on using them for any future projects.

Gerardo and his crew did an amazing job on my driveway. He knew exactly what I needed and was able to provide me a fair price. The county stated I needed 3 (3x20 ft) culverts due to neighboring agriculture business next door. Instead of building me a regular driveway and turned into a bridge at the same price. It was wide enough to pull a RV through and very satisfied. I am currently working with him for other projects on my property. I would 100% recommend him for any and all projects.
