FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on industry standards, which are updated monthly by zip code.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All jobs require an inspection at no cost. This is necessary to build an initial scope of work and estimate how much the work will cost. After the inspection is complete, we pull a report together outlining the anticipated amount of work required for the customer to review and discuss with us. Following a decision to proceed, we move forward with the work and provide updates as necessary, especially if the scope of work (and cost) changes, which is not uncommon because minimal demolition during the drying process reveals a greater extent of water travel. In those situations, we present options to minimize the additional time required to dry out affected areas and minimize build back costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration industries. All of our work is guided by the IICRC's standards for water, mold, fire, and odor damage and we regularly take additional education to stay current on industry best practices.
