Booked with this company after seeing many 5-star reviews. After an initial miscommunication through this platform, I was able to speak directly with the owner of this company, who assured the service. This morning, two workers appeared at the appointed time, were neat and professional, explained what they were going to do and what needed to be done in order to put our pool into top condition. After the workers completed their cleaning and chemical treatment of the pool I received a call from the owner, as follow-through (!). I am impressed with the efforts of this company to assure their clients are satisfied with the work product and will recommend them to others. Notes: 1) the workers and owner are bilingual, which is a plus in the Houston area, with so many Spanish speakers, here. 2) This has nothing to do with the SNG TX team -- if you are seeking to connect with service companies using this platform, definitely make certain the communications passed through "Thumb Tack" are correct and timely. I wrongly mistook a miscommunication with the pool service as an issue with them. Instead, it was the fault of Thumb Tack and their poor process. Thank you to SNG TX pool service for your kind assistance and grace in handling the miscommunication.
