- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each real estate purchase or sale is different and requires a different approach this is why I don't have set pricing. Pricing is a conversation that both of us will have to figure out the best way to market your property if you are selling, and if you are buying then I will explain to you the value add that I have and we will discuss pricing and what's the best fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer entails having a detailed conversation on your needs, this could be through a listing appointment if you're selling a property, or a buying appointment if you are purchasing your next home or investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in real estate for over 17 years. I have served on Houston Association of Realtor's committees and have been named a five-star realtor multiple years in a row. My background prior to real estate was in the finance industry and I have education in the pre-law realm.
