- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of the service is based on the size and complexity of the project, taking into account factors such as the square footage of the area and the level of difficulty, such as heavy or light grime, dirt, or algae buildup. Opting for bundled services not only saves money but also enhances the overall value of the service. Customers who choose two or more services will enjoy a 20% discount on the total price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for engaging with new customers involves the customer initiating contact to request a quote. Customers have the option to choose an in-person quote on-site, where the professional can walk the property with the customer to ensure alignment on the desired services. Upon approval of the quote, the customer is scheduled for service, with options for same-day, next-day, or a chosen available date. Following completion of the work to the customer's full satisfaction, payment is made using the customer's preferred method of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a solid foundation of three years of experience in pressure washing and two decades of successfully managing large distribution centers, I have recently made the strategic decision to dedicate myself full-time to building and growing my independent business. My ultimate goal is to expand the business to a point where I can hire and employ a team of dedicated professionals to further enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
