Its competitive of course. However, each job is different so a detailed conversation with the customer prior to the agreement of service is essential in this profession.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like reaching out to the customer not only to establish a repo ire but to get as much detailed information as we can about the job. Photos and videos are very helpful to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience. Both grandparents and father are/were independent business owners.
