- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally provide an estimate with a scope of work for all installation type work. Troubleshooting is on an hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. Upon diagnosis, a standard estimate is provided for the repair.

Provide a scope of work, diagnosis, and/or estimate based on the customers needs prior to beginning work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
