- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My firm offers a fixed or flat rate for agreed cases. The amount quoted for attorney work will never change as long as your case remains agreed. My firm always provides customers a Fee Contract with my duties outlined and all of my fees listed. My firm offers a 5% discount if you pay for attorney services upfront. Flexible Payment plans are always available. We are available to answer all of your questions regarding billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process includes: 1) I talk with you, either in person or on the phone to learn more about your case and how we can help you. We encourage you to tell us everything that is going on in your case. We listen and form the best strategy to get your legal matter finished as quickly as possible. 2) I give you a written Fee Contract so you will have our services and terms of representing you in writing. 3) I collect fees and payments. 4) I file paperwork in the appropriate court and start the legal process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. I am a graduate of the University of Houston School of Law in Houston, Texas. I have my mediators certification from Texas Wesleyan University in I have handled both trial and appellate level cases results favorable to my clients including winning two favorable decisions before the 1st and 14th Court of Appeals.
