FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the forms that you need. The 1040 is $175, Schedule C is $200. Most other forms are $5-$25. I am offering a complementary vacation with each completed return. You pay the taxes and the fees on the hotel stay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a new customer will complete their information and upload documents through my Taxpass app. Once I get it, I contact them to discuss the information and go through the "interview" to ensure all credits, deductions, and tax information is applied correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Anyone with a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) can prepare a tax return for a client. However, tax return preparers have differing levels of skills, education and expertise. Some go the extra mile to become more knowledgeable to be able to assist our clients. I have completed Annual Filing Season Program, and I am listed in the IRS directory, With this additional certification, I can do the following: *Represent My clients in front the IRS *Tax Advocate *Customer service representatives & *Other IRS employees
