FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of samples taken during the inspection and whether an inspection is needed. Additional fees may apply for expediting sample analysis, additional requested analysis (such as for allergens with mold analysis), writing a formal report and photo log, and writing a Mold Remediation Protocol. I pay for all disposable media for the sampling. Overnight shipping and same day processing of samples is included in the pricing.

1) Overview of circumstances with subject property. 2) Explanation of mold process for the State of Texas. 3) Overview of services and game plan for subject property. 4) Price options. 5) Availability to schedule the service. 6) Information needed for service agreement.
