We hired Starlight Plumbing to install water filter and softener system. At the end of day 2 when we noticed no progress and had a fair idea that technician had no clue what he was doing. We spoke with tech and he confessed this work is beyond his knowledge/experience and he cannot complete it. However he already dug up the frontyard and sidewalk concrete. He also cut the main water supply at house which he could not fix back. He said he is going to get material from home depot and never returned or replied back to calls/messages on thumbtack and text. We had to call another plumber Sunday night for emergency repair to restore water supply to house. The experienced plumber informed us the entire job done so far was wrong and drain line for softener should have been routed to drainage instead of trying to leave it to open on roadside. Hiring Starlight Plumbing costed us money, valuable time (whole weekend), super stressed situation with no water at home with kids on Sunday evening and a damaged property.
