The redwood fence that Mustang Fencing and Gates constructed has me giddy. The exceptional quality of the redwood utilized gives my property an opulent appearance. The company was really effective, informed, and kind. With the greatest care, they took cate of everything, including taking down the old fence and erecting the new one. Not only is the final result exquisite, but it is also robust and long-lasting. It has greatly increased the value of my house and given me the much-needed seclusion. I've never had better service than what Mustang Fencing and Gates did, and I'm thrilled with the outcome.

Communication was not great or consistent to even get the installation scheduled. It always appeared they would do better, but then disappointment came. Seven days later, from what should have been, the install date led to them working in the rain. I'm not sure if that is why the gate has a gap. 50% through I stepped outside to see the gate swinging the wrong way. Had Sahir nor left the site or communicated with them that the gate would not have opened in the wrong direction. The lock mechanism is exposed, so I removed it. Their fix was to flipped it around, but yes, now there are holes that they apparently patched up. I gave them my door knob and a 2 keyed deadbolt. The outcome is in the photo. To add the gate also swings, 5 inches passed the fence becausethey didn'tplacea plate. Why noy simply say you couldn't do the two hole or a single hole for the closure. If you only do latch style just say that instead of reconfiguring the gate and destroying the gate. They should have allowed customer to talk with the installers from the beginning because all communication through Mustang failed and has left me with a gate that does not function properly. Now I'm out money and will have to pay someone else to repair or dig it up and start over.

We are posting this review in hopes to have Mustang Fencing reply back to us and provide the service we have paid for. We have called the office a total of 4 times in a week requesting our email (see below) be reviewed and a Manager come to our home to review the work first-hand. Further down we explain in full detail of our experience we hope to have corrected… On Sunday, August 4th, we had the pleasure of having Sean come by to assess our fence and provide a quote. We did a complete walkthrough of all sides, and Sean told us nine posts across the three sides of the fence needed to be repaired. This also included putting one set of pickets back in place. Sean provided two quotes on the spot: Quote 1: Repair nine posts - installing 10-foot galvanized posts for each section of the fence, secured with brackets. Each post will be reinforced with 80 lbs of concrete and straightened back. - installation comes with a 5-year warranty. - new gate Quote 1 Total: $1,715 $185/post = $1,665 || $350 = new gate * A $300 discount offered by Sean to do the job within a week due to another job in the area. Quote 2: Temporary Fix for nine posts - Each post will be reinforced with 80 lbs of concrete and straightened back. - new gate - no warranty included Quote 2 Total: $1,385 $115/post = $1,035 || $350 = new gate * A $300 discount offered by Sean to do the job within a week due to another job in the area. We moved forward with Quote 1 the same day after asking questions over the phone and via text. As Sean instructed, we paid half of Invoice # 24862 upfront via Zelle. We were told via text on Friday, August 9th, that the work would begin between 9 and 12 AM. On Saturday, August 10th, I called the Mustand Fencing office and texted Sean that nobody arrived. At 12:58, two gentlemen came on the lawn and started setting up without notice. I came outside and approached them, confirming who they worked for. Closer to 5 pm, Henry & his brother had packed their truck and were going to leave. I came outside, noticing the picket in the back was still in the same condition, and asked if they were fixing that as well. Henry immediately looked and said they hadn’t been told about that being part of the job. They analyzed the picket and said this would need an additional two posts (11 total). After I called Sean to speak about this, and they talked to someone at Mustang Fencing, they began to work on the repair without needing any new posts. I also pointed out concerns I had about other areas along the fence that were said to be “repaired.” Pictures are attached to this email, but two posts are bent halfway up the fence, the gate is installed crooked, and the concrete/dirt is left in the yard. I spoke with Sam over the phone about these issues and was told the repair men on site inform the office if new posts were needed or not. If new posts are not required, they will not install them. The problem is we, as the customer, were not notified at any point during or after the job that what we agreed upon was not the service being provided (Quote 1). Sam said a new invoice would be provided for the work done and that he would speak to them about the gate. Since that phone conversation on the evening of August 10th, we have yet to be contacted about the crooked fence. We have not been told what will be done to rectify this situation, nor have we received a new invoice. There has been no sense of empathy or urgency to rectify our bad experience, so we are reaching out once more to try to come to a resolution. Please let us know when a manager can come to our property to see the work represented by Mustang Fences, as this does not reflect the quality of work on your website.
