- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to being transparent and affordable we pride ourselves on doing everything possible to make our customers comfortable. Our $65 service fee is a formality that allows us to understand our customer's commitment considering it would be waived if we are hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to express our level of transparency and affordability. We understand that the last thing on anyone's budget is fixing an AC or heating unit. That is the main reason we ask for a service of $65 to diagnose the situation, we of course waive it once the customer gives us the go-ahead to fix it. Doing that allows us to fix the main issue rather than overcharging for unnecessary things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our contractor has been in the industry for about 19 years, working commercial, and residential installs and servicing.
