I suspected I had a small leak in the wall in my garage around water heater. I called Plumbing and Drain innovations to come out an investigate. They responded right away and showed up same day. Dennis was great! He found the leak, explained everything that needed done and then repaired the leak. Communication is great with these guys and you can go wrong if you should happen to need plumbing services.

The owner quoted me a price to flush my hot water tank and that was the price I ended up paying. His employee Cole Bartholet did an amazing job. The tank hadn't been flushed in a long time, and he stuck with it until the water was running clean. I thought the price quote was fair and it was a job well done.

I recently needed to have my pvc piping repaired and needed the work done promptly. Tim and his team (Cole) were very responsive and flexible with timing . The repair was done to my satisfaction and Cole was very friendly and professional. I had the feeling that they appreciated me as a customer and that’s not always the case with all companies as most leave you feeling like a nuisance. Thank you , for your time and service .
