- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not operate on margins that are to thin to provide customers with the desired effect, look, or goal they aim to achieve. Nor do we make unrealistic promises that create the potential need for shortcuts that will ultimately effect the overall quality of a project in respect to labor and materials and believe that rushing any project to account for arbitrary deadlines creates an atmosphere which makes the potential for diminished quality possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially an online or over the phone introduction is made at which time a formal on-site appointment is scheduled. During this meeting the customer describes in detail what the overall goal for there custom project is, conceptualizing with our provided options/alternatives and potential solutions which are directed at meeting the customers expectations and stretching our customers dollars without compromising quality or the integrity of any new or existing aspects of the customers property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been operating heavy equipment and doing dirt work for over 20 years. I have extensive knowledge in plant biology and growth. I am a native Texas son, born and raised in Houston.
