- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial customer information is provided, we’ll provide our service description, your personalized quote, and your service day. Once accepted we’ll send over our non-binding service agreement to be read over and signed. Afterwards you’re all set!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Residential Appliance Installer License. This allows us to perform repairs on and install new pool equipment.
