- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are able to meet any budget and can accommodate any project needs. We do have a base hourly starting at $65 an hour, however, that can change if the budget needs to scale down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to schedule a site survey by a friendly phone call with the intention of getting to know the customer and the needs for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience working with low voltage/home theater installs. Adding to our arsenal, we started doing home and commercial networking in 2014.
