- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can customize your pets stay and durations to whatever you may need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial phone call or email when we gather some basic information and confirm pricing. We then schedule a meet and greet to meet with you in person, meet your fur babies, go over more in-depth information, pick up keys and get you set up in your portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have been a veterinary technician for over 15 years and am currently working on getting my official dog training certification. Anyone else that works with me are all professionals within the animal industry.
