- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially will have a consultation, where we will discuss a prefixe or custom menu. We will discuss all the details and dates. From there I will send over a service contract and invoice. Between the time you book and the time of event- I will touch base with you periodically!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this work after working in the James Beard Kitchen, and it was there where I truly discovered my love and passion for elevated and fine food.
