Serious inquiries only, charged by inquiry. What makes me stand out is that i don’t limit myself to one type of cooking style. I cook American, Indian,Asian,CAjun,Mexican& Italian. I’ve cooked in Alaska, was the head chef at a restaurant in river oaks, the former chef of Tesla Giga Factory in Austin tx. I’m one of the Executive chefs for spectrum concessions. I graduated from culinary school back in 2018. Cooking is definitely my passion. I usually drive long distance so don’t be afraid that i won’t drive to your location.

Cecilia was awesome! We had a party of 5, every thing was amazing and cooked fresh. The food was a 10/10, definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Chef or personal Chef in Houston.

While I haven’t booked yet, I reached out to several chefs regarding a private dinner, and Chef C stood out as the best experience. She was not only the quickest to respond but also incredibly friendly and helpful. As I navigated through my ideas without a clear plan, she assisted me in fleshing out some great options, all before I even made a booking. Although I decided not to go with a private dining option this time, it was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service while planning my event. I truly appreciated Chef C’s assistance and will definitely consider booking for my next event.

Chef C worked specifically with us to create a healthy, balanced meal for our high school athletes on game day. The food was great, she was quick to work with us and respond, and extremely trustworthy.

The service request was for a dinner party with the personal chef preparing and cooking the meal on site for 60 th birthday party aextravaganza for 4 per the agreement with Chef Cierra by phone. On the date of the event we texted to let her know we may be running behind a little from church due to traffic, like 10mins At which time she responded she would be sending her Soux Chef with a heavily prepped meal and he was stopping at the store and would be there soon. So we had to scramble to call the airbnb owner to call the guard shack to change the name , since it was a gated Community. I immediately called her to question the changes. She stated that she “touched” the meal and she prepped so they would not be cooking for 3hours and she had other events. Rushed me off the phone and said it will be great you will see. I said I am not paying $600, for a precooked warm up or catered meal, I confirmed he will be cooking the meal on site correct? She said yes just prepped so not cooking 3 hours . Meal was set for 6pm and she wanted to arrive by 4:30 so the meal would be finished cooking and ready to serve by 6pm. Having attended, culinary school, Airforxe Chef and Baker school. I understand the difference between prep and preparation. . My friends and I were very upset and disappointed, however we did not want to make the young man’s Devontae - the soux chef feel bad, we originally contracted with a chef to cook a meal for us and he got sick and hospitalized. She volunteered to do pretty much the same meal for the same price or a little more at $600.00. The meal was crusted stuffed Salmon ( about 25 to 30 mins cook time. , Asparagus steamed. Basically loaded mashed potatoes , spinach dip, a fruit platter and bourbon bread pudding. This is not anywhere close to a 3 hour meal prep to cook and much less time if prepped correctly to cook. We did not appreciate the scolding that she had other events and she touched the meal ( Really ) nor the fact that the meal was basically warm d up already cooked items . Nor did we appreciate the last mins changes that we were only made aware of because we called saying we might be a little late. All we wanted was a chef to prepare a nice meal on site for 4 ladies special 60 th Birthdays. Not aa expected for what was agreed ! I am only giving a three star rating because Devontae tried hard to make the best of the situation as we were very upset and felt duped . Never the less we put on smiling faces . But definitely not as agreed or exptexted.
