Ayona, You and your mother had my team there for several hours, doing additional work beyond cleaning (unpacking your moving boxes), the girls were even made to scrub the floors on their hands and knees! They finished and had your mother inspect and approve the entire house and approved to pay. All those pics you posted are not how it looked - my girls take pics of their finished work to get paid.. They called me when they arrived FaceTime to show how ridiculous of a mess and I reluctantly told them to move forward with the cleaning, I now wish I had told them and you that we could clean until you finished unboxing. Then, 5 hours later, you message me saying a room wasn’t cleaned and you wanted a refund? I offered to come take care of it myself, even though the girls were told not to clean it - you declined and demanded a refund. You don’t work for free and neither do we. We work hard and our positive reviews show, if you feel that leaving a bad review makes you happy, then so be it.. But we will not be bullied into scrubbing your floors on their knees and unboxing your belongings for free. Have a great evening
