I recently hired this cleaning company, the owner is very responsive and was able to come the next day, so if you have a quick turnaround, this may be the company for you. While the team was kind and communicative, I was left underwhelmed by the overall service. They clarified upon arrival that the cleaning was limited to two hours rather than staying until the job was complete like other cleaning companies, which caught me off guard. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning reflected this time constraint. They did have me review their work before leaving. I had to point out some obvious areas like a still dirty shower, and grease in the microwave, which they went back to clean. However, after they left, I discovered other areas that weren’t up to par. I felt rushed during the inspection, just as the cleaning job itself seemed rushed. Given the price I expected a more thorough and detailed cleaning experience. While their kindness and communication were appreciated, I wouldn’t rehire the team.

100% untrue. We charge by the hour. The CLIENT limited the hours, NOT us. We have a 3 hour minimum and an 8 hour maximum. The client limited our time to 4 labor hours. We needed a bit more time but the client stopped us. And, the cleaners waited there for her for 15 minutes, off the clock, to return and look around before they left. She told them all was fine during her inspection.
