They did an excellent job staging our home to sell. Wish I’d called them in before we listed it for sale initially. Our house was empty and initial photos were boring. Not a lot of showings or interest. Once it was staged we had new photos taken and relisted it. Made a big difference in the feedback we received and we had a contract on the house within about 3 weeks, despite bad weather and loss of power over a couple of weekends. Great job and reasonable price for results. Glad we did it.

I consulted and priced 3 different staging companies before deciding on Sensible Redesign. Why did I choose them? Their portfolio was gorgeous, their pricing was very competitive, they had a larger crew so the work could be done very quickly, and they were very easy to work with. (They also offered a discounted option if I wanted to use some of my furniture with theirs.) Every single buyer who walked into our home was just in awe of the staging. "So cute, oooooo, wow, oh this is staged!" It really did help sell the home quickly in such a wild market. We closed in 6 weeks from putting the house on the market and this gorgeous staging really did help. I highly recommend using Sensible Redesign.

Macey is creative, fun and efficient. She helped me focus and choose after spending a short time in my home. She has a gift to really connect and explore my lifestyle, colors and desire to create an amazing space to live and work.,she saved me hours of online shopping. She shared many resources to find exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I would hire her again. She went out of her way to look at photos of items I was considering even she was on her honeymoon!

Macey is phenomenal! She staged our home to sell and it looked like a model home! Because of her talent, our house sold in less than a week. We asked her back to help us with our new house. She worked within our budget graciously and goes above and beyond capturing my kids different styles in their rooms. Our master bedroom is my dream design room. Love working with Macey!
