I hired OTG to solve some electrical problems. The repair man worked hard to find the cause of the ceiling fan not working. He also worked on the lights on my stove hood. I will definitely use them again.

I requested a handyman to install curtain rod in my bedroom. OTG removal reached out to me and stated that his fee is $45 an hour for a minimum of 2 hours. I figured he won’t spend the entire 2 hours hanging the curtain rod and I requested that he hang my sound bar and 1 picture so we can maximize the time. He agreed and did not hesitate. Upon his arrival to my house, he switched and said it will be additional price to hang the sound bar and the price will be $120 plus the 2 hours charge. I asked why didn’t he tell me before confirming the appointment that it was going to be extra price. Basically he waited till he got to his appointment before telling me I was going to pay a more. He simply wanted to take advantage of me and i told him I can’t pay extra. I was willing to pay for 2 hours to install the curtain rod and soundbar which was our initial agreement.
