- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LEVELTX™ understands the dynamics of a seamless residential & commercial construction project. Our design and estimating process allows us to assess your needs to provide you with a perfect balance of form and functionality, all while meeting your timeline and budget. This is the typical process, but every project may require different steps: 1. Contact customer 2. Book an appointment (Free Estimate) 3. Meet with the estimator 4. Provide a proposal as soon as possible. (Usually within 24-36 hours) 6. Discuss the proposal to answer any questions 7. Provide a contract 8. Give access to our online application to the new customer: - See Schedule - Messages - Invoices
