They were punctual but that was about all the food we can say. A tree had pulled the electrical box off the back of our home and it needed to be replaced. The workers did not label the wires as they took them from the old box and had no clue where the wiring went on the new box. The had hot wires to ground and ground wires to breakers. We were so glad we had a generator hooked up to the house so that when they connected, it flipped the breaker on the generator. My husband was very knowledgeable about what should go to the water well, ac units, etc. and had to direct them almost wire by wire. If our house had power from Centerpoint when they originally flipped it on, we would most likely have had wires melting in the walls and possibly a fire. Additional issue was the workers did not speak English so communication was difficult. Guess we should have asked to see their electrician license - not wire they have one.
