Chris called me shortly after I reached out to him for assistance for my electrical problem. He was conscientious about keeping me informed on when he would arrive, which seems to be very rare these days. Too many companies will run into problems preventing them from arriving at the appointed time and they will leave the customer wondering when they are going to show up.
Chris is not that type of individual. Understandably, the current job he was working on caused and foreseen delay. Chris was prompt in letting me know he would be a few minutes later than expected and he advised when he was en-route. The work he performed was excellent and I was very pleased. When I have an electrical issue in the future, without hesitation, I will call Chris
