I needed to get my computer checked on there were many things wrong with it I couldn’t figure out I also had no prior knowledge with computers so I needed to get professional help. I found PrecisionIT4U through thumbtack and got a call and immediately I was pulled in by the friendliness of him. He makes the process very simply for you to understand and I definitely got my moneys worth. He got everything fixed perfectly and also makes it very easy for you to follow along with him if you decide to do it over the phone. I didn’t just get it fixed I also learned some things as he fixed things on my pc. Overall I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend using PrecisionIT4U for anyone that needs help with any technology issues. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be reasonable and sometimes these issues take a while. I usually will discount after a certain period of time and finish the issue. I try to be fair and understanding to the problem that they are experiencing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Patience is the key to all resolutions. I try to walk them through the issue and get to the diagnosis of the problem. I am persistent and definitely want the issue resolved as much as they do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in information technology administration. I have multiple certifications and school knowledge to get the main issue of the user.
